Y Diverter (Pneumatic/ Motorized)

Bag Diverter (Pneumatic/ Motorized)

We are engaged in offering Bag Diverter that is an alternative to motorized belt type bag diverters. It is used in transferring the cement bags in 90 degree rotation, railway wagon or trucks.

Powerless Diverter

This is alternative equipment used in place of motorized belt type bag diverters for diverting the cement bags into either trucks or railway wagons. In the belt type bag diverters, geared motor with head drum and tail drum connected with flat laminated belt is used to divert the cement bags by consuming electrical energy, where as in our type of diverters, cement bags carried by the flat 600/650/800 mm belt conveyor first touches the bag guiding unit and comes in contact with the wheel assembly and slides down into the chute as the wheel is freely supported on to the sealed bearings. Our diverters don’t require any electrical energy to divert the bags and works purely on “Momentum of Inertia” which are finally named as POWERLESS BAG DIVERTORS.
